[Bug]: make_table_35 uses count_occurences but should rather use summarize_num_patients

What happened?
In my opinion, the title of table 35 indicates that counts represent subjects. However, make_table_35 counts occurences. I suggest to use summarize_num_patients instead.

Just noticed, that count_occurences works fine here. My bad, I will put this issue to done.
