CDISC ARD Example for TLGs

@ddsjoberg @statasaurus when you get a minute would be great to have an example for our pharmaverse examples website of how some TLGs could be constructed via ARD method using combo of {cards} and {tfrmt}. Gave you both write access in case you could pick this up at some point, or feel free to delegate to any other collaborators.
