Add `QLABEL` as the `label` attribute to a column in `combine_supp()`

When loading a SAS SDTM dataset, the label comes with the data. When manually inspecting data, the labels are helpful to know what a column means.

I think it would be helpful to have the QLABEL added as a label to the QNAM column which is created with combine_supp().

Would a PR doing this be of interest?
