Mediaset infinity require login with captcha

Since few days seems that Mediaset infinity require user authentication with captcha.
Result is that for contents that you require a login like tv shows under rights restrictions (like CSI Miami available for italian market only) the login fails because is missing captcha.
If I may suggest, there is a way connecting to mediaset.it/tv to register a TV using a code returned by an application. This is the way the Mediaset Infinity APP works on Android TV

Would be nice if the captcha problem could be solved.

The only one way to solve this is to show captcha from the plugin.
More and more content required a login to watch the video, but the fields username and password in the addon settings doesn't work. Is there a way to implement to right login for this addon @phate89 ?

PS: the strange thing is that the same content required the login via the addon, but you can watch it without login in the Mediaset Infinity webiste, that's very strange!
