Signing certificate reference attributes are missing from SignerInfo for CaDES signatures

The signature for CaDES ASiCs does not contain any signing certificate reference attributes.

According to ETSI TS 101 733
in 5.7 Basic ES Mandatory Present Attributes:

This causes the DSS verification to fail with error "NO_SIGNING_CERTIFICATE_FOUND".
