Remove bamboo from phetLibs dependencies

Noticed in #371 that bamboo is listed in phetlibs, I don't think that lib is used and can be removed.

Removed from package.json, and the other references were automatically removed by running grunt update and then grunt --brands-phet and copying the output dependencies.json into the top level directory. Done in the wip-2-17-23 branch. Closing.
