align baselines of text in Base Vectors accordion box

Over in #128, I fixed the alignment of baselines in the 'Equation' accordion box. I'm going to take another stab at doing the same in the 'Base Vectors' accordion box, where the lack of baseline alignment in the example below still bothers me a wee bit.
