Create safe URI fragments using https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Forsyth%E2%80%93Edwards_Notation for the moves.

Is there a reason why the use of unique id is not enough at the moment?

It is good enough as far as uniqueness goes. FEN in the URI makes it hackable ;)
