PstRotator (AZ/EL) v9.22 works as expected for both Azimuth and Elevation.
PstRotatorAz v7.75 (latest as of 23/1/13) returns the rotor to a bearing of zero every time a UDP Control String is sent.
The Az field also appears blank upon the reception of the UDP String.
