Open 'See original' links in pop-up?

See if we can make the 'See original' link on articles that don't have redistribution rights open in a pop-up window rather than a page reload.
Use print version of original article.

Had a go at this, using SimpleModal. Too much hassle. Odd widths and scrollbars. Even odder on iPad. Plus, expect Guardian would complain so don't want to spend any longer on it.
Compromise is that I now link to the /print version of the article form those links.
