I use LMS in a docker container.
I get the following message

It's not a config file access issue, but the fact that there is no config file created., reason being that you can't run it in docker unless you're using host mode. It's due to NAT translation blocking all sort of necessary discoveries and servers.

With docker you must use 'host' mode network
You would not believe how much time I wasted trying to make this work until I saw that statement!
