dotnet Core 3.1 goes out of support o 2022-12-13 (https://github.com/dotnet/core/blob/main/releases.md), it would be great to see the images upgraded to .NET 6.0

We're not using this image anymore for dotnet projects, so if you could help me with testing, I would be very happy.
