PNG easy - .Notes Direct into Obsidian from Supernote?

Hello, I am using iCloud to sync my vault. I was able to get a Screen Mirrored image to add into my Obsidian Vault but your post said that I should be able to do THREE THINGS. I got #3 , but cannot figure out how to get Supernote to export into my Obsidian Vault to recognize it. Right now I am exporting to Google Drive - is there a way to export directly to my iCloud Synced Obsidian Folder? that is how I sync my phone, tablet and Mac.

I did install the plugin and was able to access through Screen Mirroring for option #3 at the bottom from your list - it is the note and written note that I want to sync from S/N into Obsidian.

The three items were listed as (and I need to know how to do #1 or #2 with written note as file or as pdf I guess(note editable is better) into Obsidian from S/N.
