Tatts Ireland Data Older than 2013 Bad Column Splits

Sometime around 2013 Tattersalls Ireland altered the presentation of their results data tables.
This means the imported data doesn't always match the relevant column in the data set. Specifically this effects the name, foaled, sire and dam columns. Consigner, purchaser and price columns seem to be fine.
Only a couple of sales data in 2013 and 2012 appear to be effected, but between 2011 and 2009, almost all sales results sets exhibit this issue.
The problem will be resolved by addressing the sub/gsub splits on strings.
