Error in London Eye Applied Trig Problem

The formula for the needed angle is using tan. However the denominator should use the length of the hypotenuse not the opposite side. Test using the given sides, and the sin function to compute the smaller angle and then compute the needed angle by subtracting 90 plus the small angle from 180.
