enable protocol relative links for inline assets

Official Movable Type uses a base protocol for a web-site/blog. This base protocol will be added to all links within the web-site. This is problematic, if the web-site serves multiple protocols at the same time. The editor should thus remove the protocol from links to internal assets, so browsers can decide, which protocol they use for accessing the assets.
