Sended to PR and after merged. Why not add more valuble?
So what I was thought add a template for PR and Also added CONTRIBUTE.md file and style of code.
I had plan to add all this infomation.
Here is link to more about it.

Okay.
But still, need to more work to add Contribute.md and open_issue_template.md
So could you please help me what contains do you want to add in Contribute.md so I can add more specific to this repo otherwise I will add general rules?
Also, need to coding style of it. Please just add some .txt file in repo I will do further.
