Name the Presto CLI 'presto'

Great work! If I'm reading the Makefile file correctly, it looks like the Presto CLI binary is named presto-cli. We would like the name to be presto, as we promote in the documentation (http://prestodb.io/docs/current/installation/cli.html). This is also consistent with other databases like MySQL that name their client mysql. I'm not aware of any conflicts (verified using the file search at http://www.debian.org/distrib/packages).

Also, it looks like the binary will go into /usr/sbin, but I think it should be /usr/bin since the CLI is for end users.
