How is the pulsing light effect created?

Hi,
great game, I learned a lot about webgl from your code, thanks!
I can't seem to figure out what is causing the flickering / pulsing effect of the light around the player, and the blue glowing walls, is it in the shader? Cheers

Nevermind, figured it out, it's from the light in the cpu entity
