Add sitemaps

All the phonegap.com content should have sitemaps.

The blog sitemap needs to ignore the network posts since they aren't pages we want google to index. I also need to add the sitemaps to google webmaster tools.

This is finished and they have been submitted to Google Webmaster Tools. It's generated some interesting reports already on search requests that result in 404s. I set up a couple of redirects for some important ones.
