Making the Duotone Icons only two layers

It would be great if the Duotone icons could be simplified into only being 2 layers. Otherwise when we override stroke width and colour and swap an instance the part of the icons often does not receive the override.

We're considering adding an option to import icons pre-flattened in the next release. This should provide the experience you're looking for. See #10
