Well, now that I'm finally getting around to updating things, the Sami project I started with for doing documentation has been abandoned.

Might have to try https://github.com/phpDocumentor/phpDocumentor next, but it's search feature is so annoying it's almost unbelievable (the pop-up appears while you're typing and steals focus). Maybe it's configurable, though, we'll see...
