New PHP frameworks

kraken is the result of an advance developer misunderstanding php in some endpoints of kraken components. ( This is not meant as an downgrade of the framework, its just a hint that the framework still has a lot of overhead. )

Kraken has been added to the list as noted in #214. It might be improved more in the future. It is still a very decent framework altogether. Closing this. Thanks all for participating... 👍
