I just updated all dependencies and now I receive this error whenenever running phpstan
Service 'symfony.serviceMapFactory': Service 'symfony.serviceMapFactory': Class or interface 'PHPStan\Symfony\ServiceMapFactory' not found.

nvm, it was composer bin plugin not forwarding bin links to vendor/bin dir
