Suggestion: display current cases at voice channel name

@some0ne3 I've implemented your suggestion to the bot.

The command is .c vcset [channel_id] [country]
Please let me know if you have any other suggestions or issues and I will try to add/fix them to the best of my abilities! Thanks for using the bot!

Edit: Make sure the bot has permissions to Manage Channels

@picklejason bot does not update the voice channel name automatically, i need to write command again every time i need to refresh it :/

@some0ne3 Sorry I did not include it the first time, I have now changed it so it refreshes every 24 hours. See if it updates automatically tomorrow and let me know. Thanks

Edit: I restart the bot sometimes during the day so you will have to reuse the command but otherwise it should now automatically update
