Feature request append tags on end of the line

Currently, a custom tag is added as a prefix on every line, resulting in a format like this:
custom_tag, 1girl, solo, .....

An option is needed to allow users to choose whether to add the custom tag at the end of every line, resulting in a format like this:
1girl, solo, ...., custom_tag
