KC_QUOT is not recognized as an alias for KC_QUOTE

I usually use KC_QUOT rather than KC_QUOTE as the key code for quotes. This doc makes it sound like this alias is valid, but when I actually used it, PRK could not read keymap.rb.

Now I retried, I can use KC_QUOT.......
