I am missing an option to Seed private tracker torrents for a longer time than 2 days. This could be really helpful for seeding back torrents on my private trackers.

Is it still possible on the premiumize.me website to enable some private tracker seeding?

Did you try the option in settings - automation ::
Seed private tracker torrents

Added this long ago don't know if it's still supported by pm.me api

Else you can use the other option:
Remove torrents from cloud after downloading
