Double "AS" in comment for ASN without IPv6 in ARIN

There is a double "AS" in comment for those ASN that do not have IPv6 in ARIN:

 # no IPv6 prefixes found in the ARIN Whois database for ASAS11701

It should be a simple fix of removing one of the "AS" strings, possibly from the static comment text and leave the "AS" in the variable?

Thanks @bluikko, this should be fixed in the release that's being built right now by CI/CD.
If everything goes well, it'll be out in 1 hour or so.
