Collaboration Request Between Two Similar Projects

I would like to broker a collaboration between two TruePosition GPSDO projects. The end goal being a more full featured controller program that spans a few of the common MCU platforms.

Both projects are very similar in basic function and each to a different MCU platform. There are a few different features between them that would benefit from a merger of codes.
