Text disappear when changing the style of alerts

When I change the "state-success-text" to something like #fff, I'm not able to read the text for eg "input with success". Also the border of the input is not visible anymore. I've attached a screenshot which makes it more clear I think.
Maybe an extra option to set the color of "input with * " and the other text?
