Bug: Gitlab provider not exported

I was trying to use the Gitlab provider but I realized I couldn't import it like the other providers. I got this error

Module '"arctic"' has no exported member 'Gitlab'.

So I decided to look at the src/index.ts file and as expected the Gitlab provider wasn't exported. This is a pretty easy fix so if you'd like for me to handle it myself I'd be willing to
