To Reproduce
Try to search @oowl user in Ossinsight, and then you can see Ossinsight information is not correct.

Additional context
GitHub user @oowl username has changed before, I think this is related to the current problem.

It seems that someone has used this username in past.
Should use API https://api.ossinsight.io/gh/users/oowl (From Github API) instead of https://api.ossinsight.io/q/get-user-by-login?login=oowl (From GitHub history events).
Will be fixed later.
