Lower output volume when footswitch is toggled off

I have this issue with foobar2000 and George Yohng's VST Wrapper.
I notice that when the footswitch is toggled off the output volume of the OwlSim is lower than expected. When I bypass the VST in the wrapper, the output volume is as expected.
I tested NRR-1 VST Preamp, set the preamp off, engage/bypass the NNR-1 VST and the volume do not change between the 2 states.
With Reaper this is a non issue, I noticed no volume drop.
Thanks for all the feedback, we'll be improving the owlSIm in the coming weeks !

When I remove the VST from my chain, the output volume returned to its original level (the one I expect).—

Ok I began to commit some changes to OwlSim for VS2010 & 2012 solutions.
The Owl project is really awesome and is exactly the kind of technology I was waiting for as it combine my two passions : coding and music.
I started to create electronic circuits but I don't have enough knowledge to create complex effects as I would do with C++ code.
