Make pysolar citable

Is there a preferred citation for the package? I'm using this package for my senior thesis and would like to properly cite it in my paper. I couldn't find it in the documentation (sorry if I missed it). Github has a really nice guide https://guides.github.com/activities/citable-code/ on making a DOI for a repository.

Got this working. The most recent release, 0.8, is now citable with this info: https://zenodo.org/record/1461066 Subsequent releases will be assigned DOI's automatically by Zenodo.

Thanks! I'll close the issue. Unless you plan on doing so, I can add the citation info into the README within the next week so it is obvious to others
