Need a way to refresh row timestamp for AgentInfo

Data in AgentInfo table lives for the duration of TTL. If an agent stays alive for longer than the TTL value without a restart, it gets deleted.
There needs to be a way to refresh (or append) AgentInfo to stop this from happening for agents that are alive.
