error message when try get all pipes

Hello, i'm getting a call to retrive pipe's data using the following url: 'https://app.pipefy.com/pipes/143185.json?user_email=pipefydevrecruitingfakeuser@mailinator.com&user_token=piBag2uUBesD6X1q78FR'
but i get the follow error:
{"error"=>"Your Trial has expired"}
Is there some problem with this account?
