- Shift-Up/Down (selection)
- Shift-PageUp/PageDown (selection with page)
- Shift-Home/End (selection to start/end)
- Enter (open / toggle open state)
- Ctrl-Enter (open in tab / toggle open state)
- Shift-Enter (open in window / toggle open state)

- Open/close folder while multiselection: when just toggling the open state, multiselection state won't be cleared. Left/Right keys are also.
- Shift-Left/Right (move or toggle open state, and clear multiselection)
