Program process instantly terminating upon opening it, even when running as administrator

Bug description
Steps to reproduce the bug
- Have a 64-bit computer
- Leave it on for a while
- Piskel process now instantly terminates on startup!
Environment details
- operating system: Windows 10 Home 64-bit 22H2
- browser (or offline application version): Piskel Offline Application Version 0.14.0
Sprite details
- number of frames: None due to program being unable to open
- sprite resolution: None due to program being unable to open
- session duration: None due to program being unable to open
