As a layperson I want a prose explanation of the Ranked Pairs voting method so that...
- I know why this voting method is better than others
- I don't have to read the overwhelming jargon in the Ranked Pairs wikipedia page
- I am introduced to the original margins-based Ranked Pairs voting method rather than the winning-votes variant described on https://condorcet.ca
