Wrong website being displayed

I tested the plugin on my dev. server until I was satisfied and familiar with it.
Removed the code from my dev. website on my dev. server, removed the corresponding tracking files from the piwik/tmp/cache/clickheat/ cache and log folder, created a new tracking code and pasted this on my live website.
The clicks for the new, live website are properly recorded, but the website in the background the clicks are projected upon, still is the old website.
