Feature request: remember paths to exclude

I really expected that the application would remember all the paths manually added to the "Paths to exclude" list. Creating a custom exclude list is a bit cumbersome given the current UI that forces to do it one by one, so at least it should be considered as user settings and stored into some directory under ~/.config/
I don't know if it can be passed as a command-line argument (didn't look yet) but that is beside the point; this issue belongs to the GUI, which is launched through the system menu.
