[feature request] Polaroid Filters (instant cameras like) for posts

I would imagine that pictures can be uploaded and then pressed into a Polaroid-like theme, like old analogue cameras (instant cameras).
I would also imagine that the theme was edited by a native editor that dynamically displayed elements such as title, date, licence, etc.

To clarify: Similar, as here, only with the difference that elements can be moved, added, changed or deleted natively, @deez17 .
