Cards Collection - Carousel Title and Subtitle not aligned properly

The Collection Title and Subtitle, when aligned to the left, are displayed right next to the browser's window with no spacing added.
This only happens when I add a Cards Collection - Carosel block directly, not when I change the layout to Carousel. Here's a video (uploading directly didn't work).
