Block Areas in WordPress Dashboard

After the latest update of Nova Blocks, Block Areas section is being shown in the lite version. This should be removed because Block Areas is a feature of the pro version.

After some digging, I saw that this section has been visible all the time in Rosa2 Lite. However, I am going to open an issue on Nova Blocks repo, to show this section only on themes which are using the Block Areas.
