Unactivated idevices not working

could not connect to devices, make sure you tursted this computer on thus device.
what to do with this..?

It's self-explanatory. Having an activated or inactivated iDevice should not differ from eachother. If you have complete control over the device (access to homescreen):
Connect your iPhone to your computer via USB. You'll be prompted to trust computers that you haven't connected to and trusted in the past; press Trust.
If you do not have access to the homescreen (your device is stuck on activation screen), then refer to checkra1n (Mac) or ra1nusb (Windows) which will give you access to iCloudBypassCA. Follow directions and remove iCloud lock.
