How do I run the programm?

I have literally no idea what these extensions mean. I need a simple/efficient way of running it.
Is it possible for you to help us out here? Not all of us are experts in this area :(

You need to compile the project, then run the compiled exe. I could possibly upload a compiled exe or something.
