[Bug]: bouncing of navbar while scroling from bottom to top

Describe the bug

while scolling from bottom to top of the website home page the navbar is bouncing

To Reproduce

  1. Go to 'piyushgarg.dev'
  2. Scroll down to 'bottom end of the website'
  3. then scroll up
  4. you will see a bouncing animation in the nav bar

Expected behavior

navbar should be static while scrolling from bottom to top
