Add option to use IDs not names

At the cost of making it harder to read, this will get rid of the issue of people changing names, cause the ID in the log seems to stay the same (at least for Discord server games).

+1 We play re-entry tournaments and sometime the player comes back in on a different display name, but the ID stays the same (as PokerNow groups them together in the ledger view)
