Thanks for you attention! I run the command 'sh lib/build.sh' and it is solved. If it does not work for you, you can refer to the solutions of others in the closed issue:

Hi, I am so sorry that I forgot to add the nms.py in the lib folder. Now this bug is fixed and you can download the latest code.
